 Here are a recap of the Board Meeting Minutes from our last meeting on 10/06/11.  The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 7.  As always, the first 20 minutes of the meeting are open to the public.

 Hello SWMA Parents!
We will begin posting recap notes from our monthly Board Meetings and hope that you will all read along to keep up with what is going on behind the scenes at the school.  Also, we invite you to attend the monthly meetings.  The first 20 minutes of every meeting are open for public comments and/or questions.  The board meets once a month on the first Thursday at 4:30PM upstairs.  I am attaching the minutes from the last meeting and the next scheduled meeting will take place on October 6, 2011.

Coffee With Catherine & Parent Organization Meeting 3/19/09

Another great group and discussions about many topics this morning! There was a recap and continuation of the discussion from the previous evening's parent education meeting about positive discipline. Also discussed were plans for the upcoming SWMA Yard Sale on April 25, 2009, recent students who have graduated and moved up to new class levels, and requirements for use of the 2nd floor of the main building for classroom space.

The meeting this AM was fun and informative. Present were:

Some of the topics discussed were the SWMA Yard Sale fundraiser April 25, 2009; positive discipline; mosquito control; 6th Annual Torre Rosa* - a casual party at the school on May, 2009; Pizza By The Sea fundraiser; Child health care and classroom cleanliness.
